The Chinese Formula One Grand Prix is to be cancelled this year, but is also set for a five-year extension to its hosting deal, from 2021 to 2025, according to reports by specialist motorsport journalists - RaceFans.net

Chinese sports streaming platform PP Sports has said it will step up action against websites pirating its streams of Chinese Super League coverage this season. PP Sports was recently awarded 500,000 yuan ($71,000/€62,000) by a Chinese court in a lawsuit against three internet operators for unauthorised broadcasting of the streaming platforms programmes - SportsMoney.cn
