US sports broadcaster ESPN has confirmed the list of sponsors for this year’s edition of the summer X Games action sports event, which will be held at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota from July 19-22.
Medical products manufacturer Nexcare, financial services company SoFi, RV services provider Go RVing and Hotels.com have signed on as new sponsors of the Games.
Returning sponsors include Fruit of the Loom, Harley-Davidson, LifeProof, Monster Energy, Pacifico, The Real Cost, Toyota and Explore Minnesota, with Geico to also retain its position as the Games’ official music sponsor.
Sponsors will benefit from on-site activations, content creation and rights to official Games marks and logos. Sponsors will also receive promotion during telecasts of the Games, along with exposure across social platforms and on-site VIP experiences.
This week’s Games will mark the second year in a row that the event has been held in Minneapolis. The Games, which are organised by ESPN, will feature more than 200 action sports athletes, along with interactive festival elements and musical performances from Kaskade, Brother Ali, Ice Cube and Zedd.
