The International Tennis Federation generated $66.6m (€66.2m) in income in 2021, a significant increase on the $35.6m it generated in 2020, but revenues for the year continued to track below pre-Covid levels.

The global governing body for tennis was forced to split the staging of the 2020 edition of the Davis Cup men’s team tournament and its female equivalent, the Billie Jean King Cup, over two years instead of one, with both starting in 2020 and finishing in 2021, reducing the amount of income it could report in its 2021 financial statements.
