IPC hires Neill to shape commercial strategy between Paralympics

The International Paralympic Committee has hired Jonathan Neill, the former commercial director for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup, as a consultant to shape a new commercial strategy for the organisation.

Neill will be tasked with working with IPC stakeholders to develop and finalise a new programme to sit outside of The Olympic Partner Programme (TOP). A long-term collaboration agreement between the IPC and the International Olympic Committee running until 2032 ensures TOP sponsors also become top-tier sponsors of the Paralympics, limiting the IPCs ability to secure sponsors exclusively for its flagship event.
