IPC balances budget despite 27-per-cent revenue drop

International Paralympic Committee president Andrew Parsons has hailed a “herculean effort” that has allowed the organisation to finish the financial year with a balanced budget.

The IPC has published its 2020-21 Annual Report on the back of successfully staging its rescheduled summer Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Japan, with Parsons paying tribute to the efforts made in ensuring the governing body did not need to turn to external financial support.
