Tim Hortons take gate sponsorship with extended Bills deal

Restaurant chain Tim Hortons has acquired branding rights to one of the gates at Ralph Wilson Stadium under a five-year extension to its partnership with NFL American football team Buffalo Bills.

As part of extensive refurbishment to the stadium, the Tim Hortons gate will include a Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop coffee cup atop the gate pylon and LED video boards featuring NFL content and company promotions.

The renovation will give Tim Hortons an expanded gameday presence at Ralph Wilson Stadium.  Tim Hortons will now serve titbits doughnuts at six branded concession stands and will continue to sell coffee at various locations as the official coffee of Buffalo Bills with exclusivity in the category.

The Monday Morning Blitz promotion, where Bills fans are offered a free medium coffee with their match programme coupon at any Tim Hortons restaurant in New York State on the Monday following a game if the Bills score two or more touchdowns, will continue.

Tim Hortons will also sponsor a new segment on buffalobills.com called Coffee with Coach, where fans will be able to submit questions to head coach Doug Marrone for a chance to win a Tim Hortons prize pack.
