San Antonio-based energy group Valero has extended its title sponsorship of the Alamo Bowl US college American football game.
The deal will run for six years, from 2020 through to 2025.
Valero has supported the Alamo Bowl since the game’s inception in 1993 and became the title sponsor in 2007.
Texas Christian University won the 2017 edition of the Alamo Bowl, beating Stanford University 39-37.
Organisers are yet to announce a date for the 2018 Alamo Bowl, which has been played at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, since its launch.
