Marano to target €500m in sponsorships as Milan-Cortina 2026 commercial head

Italian television executive Antonio Marano has been named as the new commercial director of the Milan-Cortina Foundation 2026, the organising committee for the Italian Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Marano made his reputation as a leading television and television advertising executive with 20 years of experience at the public broadcaster Rai where he directed Rai2 and then become deputy director general of the public service. Between 2016 and 2020, he held the position of president of Rai Pubblicità, the advertising arm of Rai.
