The IMG agency is looking to widen its work with the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) beyond the existing remit currently focused on broadcast and sponsorship rights sales, according to Robert Klein, head of global football at IMG Media.
January’s 2023 Arab Gulf Cup held in Iraq was the first to be commercialised by IMG under a contract with the AGCFF signed a year ago and that encompasses another five editions (until 2031).
