Italian automotive firm Alfa Romeo has agreed a three-year extension to its sponsorship deal with the Superbike World Championship.
Alfa Romeo has served as a top sponsor to the championship and has provided the official safety car since 2007. The extension has been brokered with the commercial rights-holder of World Superbikes, Dorna.
The company will enjoy a strong branding presence at Superbike World Championship races and its Quadrifoglio Verde MiTo and Giulietta models will be on track as safety cars during the warm-up lap before each race.
Additionally, Alfa Romeo will be able to organise online prize giveaways, offering Superbike World Championship tickets.
