World Taekwondo has reached an agreement with several of its sponsors to postpone fees for 2020, and waive payments for 2021, amid financial pressures caused by Covid-19.
The sport’s world governing body held a meeting on Friday at its headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, with representatives of its ‘recognised companies’ – namely adidas, Daedo, JC, KPNP, Mooto, Taekwon Family, Taekwonsoft, Tusah and Woori Sports.
