Eurovision, the operational arm of the European Broadcasting Union consortium of public-service broadcasters, has been named the main sponsor of this year’s Senior European Taekwondo Championship.
The championship, which is organised by the European Taekwondo Union, will be held in Montreux, Switzerland from May 19-22.
The announcement was made yesterday after the EBU confirmed it had reached an agreement with the ETU to remain the exclusive media rights holder for the championship.
Eurovision has also been named the ETU’s exclusive service provider for the worldwide distribution of the event.
