TGI Sport agrees further virtual advertising deal with Brand Brigade acquisition

TGI Sport, the Bruin Capital-backed media and marketing agency, has announced its second acquisition in the space of a week, agreeing a deal to buy US-based virtual advertising and virtual product placement company Brand Brigade.

The deal adds to TGI’s suite of capabilities in the virtual advertising market, building on the company’s deal to acquire specialist virtual advertising solutions company Interregional Sports Group (ISG), announced last week.
