Sorare, the football-focused non-fungible token trading platform, is launching a collection of online fantasy game NFTs featuring top Scottish footballers in a licensing agreement with the Scottish Professional Football League.

The ‘multi-year’ deal with the SPFL covers 11 of the 12 clubs from the top-tier Scottish Premiership. Reigning league champion Rangers is excluded from the agreement after notifying the league of its “pre-existing conflicting commercial obligations”.
