Video game publisher Riot Games and Cisco have signed a multi-year sponsorship making the technology brand the ‘Official Enterprise Networking Partner’ of League of Legends Esports.
The sponsorship will provide infrastructure and networking capabilities at three global events: The League of Legends World Championship, The Mid-Season Invitational, and The All-Star Event. It is claimed the deal will improve network performance by 200 per cent for the 2020 World Championships.
