Healthcare provider Quirónsalud has agreed a broad partnership to support the MotoGP motorcycle-racing world championship.
The deal, which was agreed with Dorna Sports, the series’ rights-holder, builds on a partnership that was established in 2013.
Under the new agreement, Quirónsalud will serve as MotoGP’s ‘medical direction’, providing healthcare services to the paddock.
Quirónsalud has also secured a broad range of marketing rights, with the company having a presence on the MotoGP website and social networks, as well as sponsorship of the Clinica Mobile on site in the paddock at the European races.
Dorna Sports managing director Pau Serracanta said: “We’re now including a digital element in the deal to be able to connect to younger fans, as well as sponsorship of the Clinica Mobile, which is a point of reference in the MotoGP world championship.”
