The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) has announced an extension of its long-standing relationship with the Qantas airline.
Under the new agreement, Qantas will provide airline travel for the Australian Olympic teams competing at both the Sochi Olympic winter Games in 2014 and the Rio de Janeiro Olympic summer Games in 2016.
The airline will also be the official airline of the Australian team for the Nanjing youth Olympics in 2014 and the 2016 Lillehammer youth winter Olympics.
Qantas has been involved with the AOC for a number of years, having carried the Australian Team to every overseas Olympic Games since the Helsinki Olympic Games in 1952.
