Loblaw teams up with Toronto’s Pan American Games

Canadian food retailer Loblaw Companies has entered into a commercial partnership with the organisers of Toronto’s staging of the 2015 Pan American Games and Parapan Games multi-sport event.

Loblaw will provide nutrition for around 7,500 athletes taking part in the Games, along with the 20,000-strong group of volunteers, as a premier partner of the event.

Canadian athletes David Eng, Perdita Felicien, Mark Oldershaw and Lanni Marchant launched the partnership at the Loblaws store at Toronto’s Maple Leaf Gardens.

Loblaw joins previously announced members of the Toronto 2015 sponsorship roster, including lead partner CIBC and fellow premier partners Chevrolet Canada and Cisco.
