Leather goods manufacturer Roots Canada has reached an agreement to partner the Toronto 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games multi-sport events.
The Toronto-based company will provide leather pouches for the medals presented to athletes at podium ceremonies as the official leather goods maker for the Games.
Roots Canada will also create a limited-time collection to mark Toronto 2015, which was launched by Canadian athletes Adam van Koeverden (pictured) and Tess Routliffe.
Additionally, Roots Canada stores will hand out city guides and offer practical information and recommendations to visitors to Toronto for the events, which commence on July 10.
Earlier this month, municipal electricity distribution company Toronto Hydro and entertainment firm Cineplex Entertainment signed up as official suppliers to Toronto 2015.
