French consumer electronics company Archos has agreed a four-year partnership with the French Football Federation.
Archos becomes the official technology partner of FFF and a partner to its national teams and amateur football in the country.
From January 2015, Archos will supply the FFF with tablet technology to assist its 18,000 football clubs and two million members in adopting enhanced and faster information practices.
FFF president Noël Le Graët said: “With this partnership, the FFF will switch to the digital era by modernising its equipment and operations.”
Archos will begin its association with France’s men’s and women’s national teams from the start of the 2014-15 football season. The former starts its Fifa World Cup campaign against Honduras on Sunday.
