Brazilian agency Effect Sport has renewed its commercial representation agreement in Brazil with the NFL for the next three years.

The renewal - reported by Maquina do Esporte in Brazil - continues the NFL’s wider vision to expand into Brazil. Since Effect Sport began working on the league’s Brazilian expansion plan in 2015, the NFL has seen its number of declared fans in the country increase from 3.3 million in 2014 to 33 million in 2021, according to figures from Brazilian research firm Ibope Repucom.
