Asian betting company Dafabet has agreed to become the title sponsor of the 2015 World Cup of Pool.
The tournament, which features 32 two-man national teams including defending champion England, will run from September 22-27 at London’s York Hall.
The World Cup of Pool is organised by Matchroom Sport and Dafabet has previously sponsored the promoter’s boxing and snooker properties – notably the Masters Snooker tournament.
It also has a presence in UK football through sponsorship deals with English Premier League clubs Sunderland and Everton, English Championship team Blackburn Rovers and Scottish Professional Football League champion Celtic.
