Japanese tyre and rubber company Bridgestone has extended its sponsorship of the International Ski Federation’s Alpine Skiing World Cup.
The agreement will cover all 17 World Cup events during the 2016-17 European winter season.
Bridgestone will use the deal to promote an ongoing EU safety campaign, which highlights the importance of using the correct tyres during the winter months.
This season’s World Cup began with an event in Sölden, Austria, on October 22, with the next event due to take place in Levi, Finland, on November 13.
