Australian A-League football club Western Sydney Wanderers has extended its partnership with Japanese electronics company Mitsubishi Electric.
The four-year extension of the deal will see Mitsubishi sponsor the Wanderers until the end of the 2018-19 season. The two parties have been in partnership since 2013.
As part of the agreement, Mitsubishi branding will continue to appear on the Wanderers’ jerseys.
“Mitsubishi Electric Australia is passionate about being based in Parramatta and dedicated to creating jobs and opportunities in Western Sydney,” John Tsatsimas, chief executive of the Wanderers, said.
The club begins its 2015-16 A-League season with a home game against Brisbane Roar on October 8.
