The Infront Sports & Media agency will continue to sell German Bundesliga football club Werder Bremen’s top sponsorship rights through to the end of the 2028-29 season.
Under the deal, Infront will continue to market the club’s shirt sponsorship and stadium advertising rights.
The two parties have agreed the 10-year extension several years before the end of their current arrangement, which was due to run until the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
“Through our close and trusted partnership spanning the last 25 years, we have continuously developed marketing structures together with the club to provide sponsors and advertising partners with a high-quality and innovative advertising environment,” Infront executive director Günter Netzer said. “Through this early contract extension both parties can now benefit from being able to securely plan for the future.”
Bremen chief executive Klaus Filbry added: “Our sponsors appreciate the innovative spirit of this partnership as well as the state-of-the-art advertising platforms and diverse activation options that we have developed around the Weser-Stadion.”
