German 2. Bundesliga football club Schalke 04 has replaced Gazprom with the Vivawest housing company as its front-of shirt sponsor on a temporary basis.
Gazprom was ejected from the main sponsorship role last week when the club decided to sever its links with the Russian state-owned gas company following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
