Visit Victoria, the tourism arm of the state government, has stepped into the sponsorship void left by the departure of mining and agricultural company Hancock Prospecting by agreeing a wide-ranging deal with Netball Australia.
The contract announced today (Monday) will run until June 2027 and is worth A$15m (€9.65m/$9.59m), the same reported value of the Hancock deal which was terminated last week.
