Union Bordeaux Bègles links up with SFR

Telecommunications provider SFR has been unveiled as an official partner of French Top 14 rugby union club Union Bordeaux Bègles.

The agreement will cover three seasons, from 2019-20 to 2021-22.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal marks a return to the club for SFR, which served as a sponsor of Union Bordeaux Bègles as recently as 2015.

As an official partner, SFR has joined the second tier of the club’s sponsorship hierarchy, sitting alongside Cap Ingelec, Engie (GDF Suez), France Boissons, Intermarché, Partedis and Vinci.

The club’s top-tier major partners are Arkea, Bourse de l’Immobilier, Canterbury, Cdiscount, Ceva Santé Animale, Fayat and Zanzicar.fr.
