US sportswear manufacturer Under Armour has signed a long-term extension to its partnership with the University of South Carolina.
The deal will run for 10 years, from the 2016-17 academic year until the end of 2025-26.
Under the agreement, Under Armour will continue to provide the university’s Gamecocks men’s and women’s sports teams with game-day uniforms, training footwear, apparel and equipment.
The extended partnership, which began in 2007, will also include integration into Under Armour’s marketing, social media, in-store and grassroots activations.
Although the terms of the deal were not disclosed, CBS Sports reported that the agreement is worth a total of $71.5m (€64.8m) over 10 years.
