Specialist cricket sportswear manufacturer Tyka has signed kit deals with Indian Premier League Twenty20 teams Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab.
The agreement with Sunrisers Hyderabad is for two years and covers 2015 and 2016, while the partnership with Kings XI Punjab is for the forthcoming 2015 season. Financial terms for both deals were not disclosed.
Tyka supplied kits to the UAE national team at the recent Cricket World Cup in New Zealand and Australia and is in talks over partnering with as yet unnamed county cricket clubs in the UK.
Rajan Kohli, managing director of the Tyka Group, said: “We are next in discussions with top cricket counties in the UK, which we will disclose once finalised.”
Australia's opening batsman David Warner (pictured) will captain the Sunrisers in the 2015 IPL.
