Trek-Segafredo extends with CA Technologies

UCI WorldTour cycling team Trek-Segafredo has extended its partnership with software company CA Technologies.

The new three-year deal will run until the end of the 2019 season. CA Technologies will continue to benefit from branding on the team’s kit as part of the agreement.

The partnership will seek to drive Trek-Segafredo’s digital transformation via the CA Project & Portfolio Management SaaS (CA PPM SaaS) solution. The solution will help centralise the management of the team’s resources across events, programs and portfolios.

Through CA PPM SaaS, Trek-Segafredo will be able to centrally track budgets, projects, race requirements and resources within an adaptive cloud environment.

Lauren Flaherty, chief marketing officer for CA Technologies, said: “Our partnership with Trek-Segafredo provides us with an opportunity to showcase how our capabilities improve the cycling team’s performance through digital transformation and offers us the opportunity to reach even more customers.

Trek-Segafredo first teamed up with CA Technologies in April 2016.
