SecurTek increases Canadian curling presence

Home and business security monitoring specialist SecurTek has expanded its sponsorship of the Canadian Curling Association’s Season of Champions series.

SecurTek will serve as the presenting sponsor for the 2014 and 2015 Brier – the annual Canadian men’s curling championship – in addition to holding the same designation for the 2015 Continental Cup; a North America versus Europe team event.

Additionally, over the past season, SecurTek served as the diamond sponsor of the Roar of the Rings Canadian Curling Trials, the Tournament of Hearts – the annual Canadian women’s curling championship – and the 2013 Continental Cup.

The SecurTek deal continues a busy commercial period for the CCA. In recent weeks restaurant chain Tim Hortons has renewed its position as title sponsor for the Brier and the Roar of the Rings, while plant genetics developer and supplier DuPont Pioneer sealed a three-year deal to become an official sponsor of the Season of Champions.
