Seattle Seahawks ink first casino partnership with Snoqualmie Casino

The Seattle Seahawks NFL franchise has signed a new Official Partner deal with Snoqualmie Casino.

The partnership grants Snoqualmie Casino the use of the Seahawks logo and marks for advertising and collaboration in on-site promotions.

Brian Decorah, chief executive of Snoqualmie Casino, said: “We can’t imagine a better way to cap our 10th anniversary than by announcing an updated alliance between two premier Seattle brands.

“We have been a Seahawks sponsor and suite holder since we opened in 2008, so we are looking forward to the enhanced opportunities our newly expanded partnership will create.”

The move came after a US Supreme Court judgement in May this year granted new powers to individual states, allowing them to legalise sports betting through the state legislature.

Following a change in sports betting laws at the US Supreme Court earlier in May this year, the NFL updated its guidelines to allow teams to form partnerships with casinos that include use of team trademarks.

Snoqualmie Casino is the seventh casino to partner with an NFL franchise and secure trademark usage in its marketing activities.
