The Pakistan Football Federation has agreed sponsorship deals with sportswear manufacturer Ballon Sports and food and beverage company Shezan for its Pakistan Premier League club competition.
Ballon Sports will serve as the kit sponsor for PPL teams, providing kit and training equipment to the 12 clubs.
The PFF’s deal with Ballon Sports is for four years from the 12th edition of the PPL, which kicks off in August this year.
Shezan becomes the launching and closing sponsor for the new PPL season.
The two deals are at the centre of the PFF’s strategy to move its top-tier club competition from a semi-commercial league to a fully commercial entity, with further marketing roll-outs anticipated in the near future.
