The Newcastle Knights Australian National Rugby League club has signed a commercial partnership with McDonald Jones, one of the country’s leading new home builders.
The deal will run for three years, from 2017 to 2019.
As an official partner, the company’s logo will be displayed on the sleeves of the Knights’ playing jerseys.
The club and sponsor are both celebrating their 30th years in 2017.
McDonald Jones’ managing director, Andrew Helmers, said: “As part of our commitment to the football club, we have helped grow the red and blue army by purchasing 500 memberships for our staff. We see our involvement as an active partner, rather than just a sponsor.
“Partnering with the Newcastle Knights aligns with our strategies, it will assist in continuing to build awareness for McDonald Jones nationally.”
