US sportswear company Nike has entered into a multi-year partnership with the athletics department of Colorado College in the US.
The deal will run for three years, from the current 2017-18 season through until the end of the 2019-20 academic year.
Under the agreement, Nike will become the official supplier of apparel, footwear and other accessories for Colorado College athletics teams.
"The biggest benefit for us is the brand unification that this partnership provides," Colorado College’s equipment manager, Bowen Bradshaw, said: "Each team was using their own vendors making purchases with several different companies. The purchasing power of the department will increase and it should help recruiting as well."
The Colorado agreement will expand Nike's US college portfolio, which also includes Alabama, Baylor and Duke.
