Leading MotoGP team Yamaha Factory Racing has agreed two new deals with SuisseGas and Volvo Car Italia to strengthen its partnership portfolio for the current 2013 season.
Energy company SuisseGas will become an official sponsor to Yamaha for the remainder of the 2013 MotoGP campaign.
The deal will begin at this weekend’s Mugello Grand Prix, where the company’s logo will appear on both of the team’s motorcycles during the race. In addition, the logo will become a permanent fixture on the team’s pit garage, various hospitality facilities, trucks and communication materials for the rest of the season.
Elsewhere, car firm Volvo Car Italia has agreed to become the official car supplier of Yamaha for the rest of the season. It will supply the team with a fleet of Volvo cars, including the XC60 and XC70 models, as well as the new V40.
In addition, the company will also be able to enjoy various hospitality services at MotoGP races as guests of the team.
