French Ligue 1 football club FC Metz has entered into new partnerships with telecommunications company Orange and the Blue Habitat subsidiary of domestic real estate firm Blue Group.
The deal with Orange will run for four years, from the 2014-15 season until 2017-18.
Under the agreement, Orange will become a top-level major partner of the club and benefit from an enhanced visibility inside the club’s Stade Saint-Symphorien home stadium via various branding placements.
Orange customers and Metz fans will also be able to win various club-related prizes via a range of jointly developed competitions.
In addition, Metz will support Orange’s ‘The 12th Man’ initiative, which is aimed at demonstrating Orange’s commitment to football.
Meanwhile, the club’s partnership with Blue Habitat will run for the duration of the 2014-15 season.
Under the deal, Blue Habitat will become a second-tier principal partner of the club and benefit from branding placement on in-stadium LED signage.
In addition the company will have access to VIP box facilities during Metz home games at the Stade Saint-Symphorien.
