Shoe manufacturer Lloyds has expanded its presence in German football’s Bundesliga by agreeing a new partnership with Hertha Berlin.
Lloyds has also sealed extensions to its deals with Hertha’s top-flight counterparts Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen. The deal with Bremen will run for two years, from 2014-15 to 2015-16, but the lengths of the other agreements were not disclosed.
Lloyds will provide shoes for players and coaching staff at the clubs’ official functions.
All of the agreements were brokered by the Sportfive agency.
With the Leverkusen deal, Lloyds has upgraded to become a premium partner and will benefit from television-visible signage at the team’s BayArena.
With the Bremen agreement, Lloyds will benefit from extra stadium branding presence.
