Chinese consumer electronics company Konka has entered into a partnership with LaLiga, which operates the top two divisions of Spanish football.
The two-year agreement will cover the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.
Sergi Torrents, LaLiga’s country manager for China, said: “China is a very strategically important market for LaLiga and it's a country in which the game is clearly on the up. This is why it's key that we continue to make progress, so as to enable LaLiga to position itself where it truly belongs.”
