Opticians chain Krys has extended its partnership with the Tour de France cycling event.
Krys will continue to sponsor the Tour’s white jersey, which is awarded to the best rider aged 25 and under, until 2020 after signing a new three-year agreement.
Krys also serves as the official opticians of the event. The company will announce a number of activations at the end of May as part of its L’emotion Made in France promotional campaign.
Krys first partnered with the Grand Tour in 2014 and replaced Czech automotive manufacturer Skoda as the event’s white jersey sponsor the following year.
Last year’s white jersey was won by Britain’s Adam Yates (pictured). Krys signed its contract extension with Amaury Sport Organisation, the operator of the Tour de France.
