Motorcycling wear manufacturer RST has agreed an exclusive deal to become the official safety partner of the inaugural 2013 Isle of Man Classic TT event.
The company will receive a series of benefits under the terms of the deal, including track-side advertising, as well as programme, website and race guide adverts, paddock and Classic TT VIP club branding. The agreement will also include title sponsorship of the Classic TT ‘heroes’ dinner, which will now carry the “in association with RST” credit.
In addition, RST will operate a temporary retail store behind the main TT grandstand at the event, stocking a limited edition RST Classic TT safety partner t-shirt that it will create to mark the debut event.
Jonny Towers, RST co-founder, said: “The event gives us the perfect platform to showcase RST, alongside our sponsored rider line up including TT champions and legends like Cameron Donald, to a knowledgeable group of bike fans.”
