The French Basketball Federation (FFBB) has signed a three-year partnership with gas distribution company GrDF.
Under the agreement, FFBB and GrDF will roll out the FFBB Citizen Program across more than 9,500 towns nationwide.
The initiative will establish centres providing free basketball internships for students during school holidays, 3×3 competitions in 15 French cities and renovation and construction of playgrounds for practicing the game’s shorter form.
Financial terms for the agreement were not disclosed.
