Formula One motor-racing team Force India has agreed sponsorship deals with online trading platform FXTM and London-based fashion label Farah.
Both partnerships cover the 2017 season, which begins with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 26.
FXTM’s branding will feature on the rear section of Force India’s cars on race weekends, as well as on drivers’ and team clothing.
Vijay Mallya, team principal and managing director of Force India, said: “They see huge value in working with Sahara Force India and recognise the global exposure we will generate for their industry-leading software. The Formula One season will take us to FXTM’s core markets and will allow them to activate and reach a wide customer base.”
Farah, meanwhile, will serve as Force India’s official apparel partner for the 2017 season.
As part of the deal, the company will supply team members with a range of clothing to be worn while travelling to and from race and test events.
Farah will also activate an extensive social media and sports marketing campaign to promote the partnership.
