Brazilian credit card company Elo has agreed a three-year sponsorship deal for the Copa do Brasil club football competition.
Elo will benefit from brand exposure at all games and on tournament materials from 2015 through to 2017.
A product of a collaboration between banking groups Bradesco, Banco do Brazil and Caixa, Elo will be able to use the designation of official sponsor of the Copa do Brasil in marketing campaigns.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, with further details including associated benefits for Elo customers set to be announced over the coming months.
The 2014 Copa do Brasil is at the quarter-final stage, with defending champion Flamengo set to face America de Natal.
