Dragons, the Newport-based Welsh Pro14 rugby union club, has strengthened its commercial portfolio by renewing a deal with Industrial Automation and Control (IAC) and signing up Gwent-based GOS Engineering as a new sponsor.
The branding of IAC, a long-term partner, will be placed on the right-hand shoulder of Dragons’ home and away jerseys.
The length of the multi-year deal, covering the coming seasons, was not disclosed.
GOS Engineering’s logo will receive exposure on Dragons’ home and away shorts for the next two seasons, from 2017-18 to 2018-19.
GOS Engineering, which specialises in rail vehicles and maintenance equipment, will also sponsor Dragons stars Lloyd Fairbrother, Luke Garrett and Jared Rosser until the end of the 2018-19 campaign. Under the arrangement, the company’s logo will appear on the players’ website profiles and in the match-day programme.
The club signed up Monmouthshire Building Society as its main kit sponsor in August and agreed a jersey sponsorship deal with construction services provider Cuddy Group earlier this month.
