Chinese Cycling Association agrees deal with Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën

China's national cycling federation has agreed a 'strategic cooperation' with car manufacturer Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën.

Speaking at the launch of the partnership in Wuhan this week, Sun Lianbin, deputy secretary general of the Chinese Cycling Association, said the two organisations would work together to promote the development of cycling in China. Sun said cycling was already an increasingly popular sport among China's youthful middle class.
