Chicago Fire lands new shirt sponsor

Major League Soccer team Chicago Fire has unveiled mobile communications company Motorola as its new main shirt sponsor.

The Chicago-based company has signed a three-year deal with the club. As part of the deal, Motorola’s logo will feature on the front of the Fire’s match shirts and training apparel.

The team will also use Motorola smartphones and accessories to produce player-driven social and digital media content.

Motorola will replace paint manufacturer Valspar as the Fire’s main shirt sponsor.
