Courts, the largest furniture, appliance and electrical retailer in the Caribbean, has signed up as an official partner of the inaugural Caribbean Premier League Twenty20 cricket competition.
Courts currently operates more than 80 stores across 10 Caribbean countries and will be using these locations to sell tickets to CPL matches.
In addition, the CPL will have the opportunity to reach out to the Caribbean diaspora through Courts’ North American locations in Brooklyn and Queens, New York.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The inaugural Caribbean Premier League begins on July 30 with 24 matches played across Antigua, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago.
