Italian Serie A football club Juventus has bolstered its commercial portfolio by announcing a new partnership with sports betting company Bwin.
The three-year agreement will run from 2013-14 to 2015-16, with Bwin becoming a second-tier sponsor of the Serie A champion alongside TIM, Samsung, EnergyTI, Trussardi, Veneto Banca, Hanwha and Balocco.
Bwin will serve as Juventus’ official online gaming and betting partner.
The company will enjoy benefit from exposure at Juventus Stadium and Juventus Training Center, as well as the provision of players for marketing campaigns.
Juventus said that the company would also embark on special projects dedicated to fans, fully integrated on the club’s social and digital platforms, along with the development of combined activities both on and offline.
Juventus adds to Bwin’s portfolio of top European clubs with the company holding similar deals with the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Real Madrid. Bwin said it is set to announce further club partnerships in the coming weeks.
